DAMAGES AND OTHER ISSUES

Our ultimate goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at support@dingerduds.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We promise that we will make it right as quickly as possible. 

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Sale items and personalized items are ineligible for returns.

Unless there was an issue with your order that we are correcting, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please remember to keep your postage receipt, in the event your package does not reach us.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received your return and, upon acceptance,  you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS

Orders placed between November 1 and December 31 will be eligible for a refund through January 31. Holiday-specific items are not eligible for return after their respective holiday. Some exclusions apply, including but not limited to sale items and personalized items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
